Dana joined the Customer Success team in 2018. Prior to that, she worked as a health sciences librarian in academic and hospital libraries. She has a master's degree in library and information studies from Florida State University and a master's degree in health law from Nova Southeastern University.
Dana enjoys spending time with her rescue dogs, volunteering, reading, traveling, and swimming.
