Kaylin joined McGraw Hill in 2022 after many years in academic and public libraries, where she enjoyed connecting with all types of topics and audiences, from training academic librarians on new analytics tools, to presenting spending reports to university administrators, to eliciting fantastic "roars!" from preschoolers at Dinosaur storytime. Kaylin's educational background includes a Masters in Library and Information Science and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Writing.  In her spare time, Kaylin loves reading, traveling, eating cheese curds, and running. She lives in Chicago, IL.

Yara joined the Customer Success team in 2021. Prior to that, she worked as a Health Information System Analyst and a Registered Nurse at the American University of Beirut Medical Center. She has a Masters degree in Nursing Administration and Epic EHR Certifications in several modules.  Yara is located in Dubai and helps support International Customers' Access Products.
