Using cases through the Access sites or through Case Files Collection requires users to be logged in to their personalized profiles (Access Profile). It’s free and it allow users to track their progress while reviewing cases and taking associated questions. It will also allow them access to the new Access mobile app, bookmark, and access other features.
The Case Files® - Preview allows you to view a limited selection of cases on the Access site.
You are an institutionally affiliated user with access but you would need to click over to Case Files Collection to get the complete set of cases. Case Files Collection is a separate subscription.
