Kaylin joined McGraw Hill in 2022 after many years in academic and public libraries, where she enjoyed connecting with all types of topics and audiences, from training academic librarians on new analytics tools, to presenting spending reports to university administrators, to eliciting fantastic "roars!" from preschoolers at Dinosaur storytime.
Kaylin's educational background includes a Masters in Library and Information Science from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Writing from Bethel University.
In her spare time, Kaylin loves reading, traveling, eating cheese curds, and running. She is based in the Twin Cities (Minnesota).

Based in Toronto, Canada, Sean joined the team in 2017 and has recruited all of the amazing individuals who work in Customer Success. Prior to this role, Sean spent the previous 9 years working in the Canadian higher ed industry helping faculty move their classrooms online.
In his spare time Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters at the family cottage while fishing, water skiing, and golfing.
